Breakfast Legend Wanted – Full Time at The Moon Café 

The Moon Café is on the hunt for a gun Breakfast Chef to lead the charge in our morning kitchen.

We’re not looking for someone who just cooks eggs — we want someone who owns service.

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in a busy breakfast kitchen / café environment

• Strong service leadership during peak periods

• Solid prep discipline during quieter times

• Experience with menu development & seasonal specials

• Confidence with costings, GP targets & waste control

• Excellent plating standards & consistency

• Ability to manage ordering, stock rotation & food safety compliance

• A positive, team-first attitude (no egos in our kitchen)

Full-time hours. Stable roster. Work with a tight crew in one of Perth’s most iconic venues.
