Chef Position – Café (Hilton Area)

We are currently seeking an experienced chef to cover the vacation period of our main chef.

The ideal candidate must have solid professional experience and be capable of running service independently in a neighborhood café located in the Hilton area. The role involves service execution, preparation, and kitchen organization, including cabinet and station setup.

Schedule:

* Two to three morning shifts per week

* Two evening shifts per week

We are a well-established local café that has recently expanded to offer evening service.

Start Date:

* March

* A two-week transition period prior to the start date is required to train, test services, and ensure a smooth handover with our main chef.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a chef

* Ability to manage service independently

* Reliability, organization, and professionalism
