Baristas | All Rounders

Little Way in Nedlands is looking for casual baristas & all-rounders for weekend work

Little Way is located just a stone's throw from the Swan River in a heritage listed building. It has a number of outdoor spaces surrounded by stunning gardens. We open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as specialising in functions.

In regards to this role, we offer the following:

- 10 - 15 hrs per week on the weekends

- Weekend pay rate is $40.62 per hr + super

- All parking around Little Way is free

- Drama free environment with an awesome team

What we require:

- At least 2 year of experience in a fast paced restaurant, bar or cafe. For the barista role, need to be able to dial in, have good latte art skills and handle a high volume of coffees.

- Outgoing personality and great customer service.

- Good availability on the weekends.

- Reliable and a team player.

-Bonus points if you have experience with functions such as weddings, baby showers, birthday parties and bridal showers / hens parties

- Need RSA.
