Barista

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced barista to join our friendly team at Beach St Co in East Fremantle!

Position Details:

Role: Experienced Barista

Location: East Fremantle

Casual Hours: Guaranteed 2 days a week (Wednesday & Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Additional Shifts: Extra shifts can be discussed 

based on availability. Flexibility in hours is a plus!

Minimum Employment Duration: Must be available for a minimum of three months.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, consistent coffee beverages, both hot and cold.

Showcase your latte art skills and delight our customers with every cup.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to thrive when working solo on the machine.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven barista experience and a passion for quality coffee.

Exceptional latte art skills are essential.

A team player mindset with the ability to be self-sufficient on the machine.

Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.

A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
