Be part of East Victoria Park’s newest landmark starting mid-February 2026!

We are seeking a high-caliber full-time Head Barista to join the opening team at Beth’s.

Set in a beautifully restored heritage rotunda at 15 Hill View Terrace, East Victoria Park.

Beth’s will be the precinct's go-to for fresh sourdough, pastries, and premium specialty coffee.

The Role:

As a senior member of the coffee team, you will manage high-volume production for the large café space. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of extraction and service for both our dine-in customers and the visitors of Elizabeth Baillie Park.

What We’re Looking For:

• High-Volume Mastery: Proven experience handling intense rushes without compromising on quality or workflow.
• Specialty Expertise: Essential knowledge of diverse brewing methods (filter/batch, cold brew, nitro) and a deep understanding of coffee science.
• Elite Latte Art: Consistent latte art is a non-negotiable requirement for this specialty role.
• Technical Dial-in: Proficiency in calibrating grinders and troubleshooting extraction on top-tier equipment.
• Full Australian working rights: This full time role requires full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)

What We Offer:

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Super (commensurate with experience).
• Location: Work in the heart of East Victoria Park at a premier new destination featuring gardens, markets, and artisanal venues.
• Commencement: This position is for approx mid-February 2026 start, leading into our official bakery launch in March.
