Little Wave is a vibrant café and wine bar located in Scarborough, open daily from 6am until late. We're passionate about exceptional coffee, quality food, wines, beers, cocktails, and creating genuinely good vibes for our community.

We're growing and looking for an experienced Barista to join our amazing team.

Minimum 2 years of barista experience is required for this position.

About the Role

We're seeking a confident, skilled barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with customers.

You'll Bring:

• Proven barista experience with strong coffee knowledge
• Essential barista skills including espresso machine operation, latte art, and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Confidence working in a fast-paced setting while staying calm under pressure
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and strong work ethic
• Current RSA
