EXPERIENCED BARISTA WANTED — D’ANGELO CAFE, FREMANTLE

We’re looking for a genuinely experienced Barista to join our small, busy team.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

If you’re still learning the basics of espresso, milk texturing or working in a busy café environment, this role is not for you.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently:

Dial in coffee & adjust the grinder

Consistently texture milk and produce quality coffees

Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods

Handle a busy service with minimal supervision

Keep the coffee station clean, organised and under control

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Work well as part of a small team

Take responsibility and maintain high standards

POTENTIAL CAFE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

For the right person, there is potential to progress into a Senior Barista / Cafe Manager position with increased responsibility for daily operations, team coordination and maintaining café standards.
