Coffee is a huge part of who we are at Monelli. We’re known for it, our customers expect it, and we take a lot of pride in every cup that leaves the machine.

We’re looking for an experienced, full-time barista to join our team — someone who knows coffee, understands their way around a machine and grinder, has strong latte art skills, and can work confidently in a genuinely fast-paced environment.

Monelli gets BUSY.

But if you’re the kind of person who thrives on that energy, enjoys working with a great team and gets satisfaction from smashing out beautiful coffee all day, it’s an incredibly fun and rewarding place to work.

What we’re looking for:• Experienced barista with strong coffee knowledge• Confident latte art skills• Comfortable working on a machine in a high-volume environment• Fast, organised and calm under pressure• Reliable, positive and a genuine team player• Looking for a long-term, full-time position• Must have appropriate ongoing Australian working rights
