Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Do you love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Catering team at the Parliament of Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Barista and Café Attendant to work autonomously in a café environment. This part-time role is rostered Wednesday to Friday (approx. 6 hours per day). No weekend work or late nights.
About the Role
The café on level three of 2 Parliament Place is located adjacent to Parliament House and provides services for approximately 150 internal parliamentary staff and Members of Parliament.
The Barista Café Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and service of food and beverage requirements, barista service, presentation and cleaning of the café with a consistent high level of service.

About You
This role requires someone with a positive attitude, very good organisational skills and excellent customer service. You will have a high degree of initiative to work independently in a small café at times working unsupervised, generating a high volume of espresso coffees and a small range of packaged food items.
