About Us

Beth’s is a brand-new bakery in the heart of East Victoria Park, serving up beautiful sourdough, buttery flaky pastries, and top-tier specialty coffee roasted by LOOT COFFEE.

We are building a vibrant, quality-focused community hub, and we need a passionate Barista to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled, high-energy casual Barista for 25 to 35 hours per week. We operate 7 days a week, with shifts ranging between 6:30am and 3:30pm.

Weekends be busy... so

Regular weekend work will be required for this role.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe environment.
• Availability: Flexible to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, between 6:30am and 3:30pm.
• Coffee Knowledge: A strong understanding of specialty coffee extraction, milk texturing, and workflow efficiency.
• Traits: Punctual, reliable, friendly, and genuinely engaging with customers.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with equipment cleaning, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.
