Experienced Barista Wanted – Boubar, Nedlands

Boubar is looking for an experienced barista with a minimum of 2 years' coffee-making experience to join our friendly team in the heart of Nedlands. 

Boubar is a well-known local café on Hampden Road with a loyal customer following and a great community atmosphere.

We are a fun, fast-paced café with a loyal customer base, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and hospitality

To be successful in this role, you will:

* Have at least 2 years of barista experience 

* Be confident working independently behind the coffee machine

* Be experienced in grinder adjustment and dialling in coffee

* Be reliable, friendly, and customer-focused

* Have flexibility with working hours

Your responsibilities will include:

* Opening and Closing the café

* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee

* Providing excellent customer service

* General café duties and maintaining a clean workspace

Hours: 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours later in the year.
