Barista / Allrounder

Staples is on the lookout for a switched on, high energy barista / allrounder to jump into the mix. 

This role is perfect for someone who loves the rhythm of a busy shift; dialling in great coffee, multitasking between POS and chatting with our regulars, keeping service flowing, and stepping in wherever needed (including helping pump out bagels when needed).

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys people, works well under pressure, and brings a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to every shift. You’ve got solid experience behind the machine, can handle a fast paced solo workflow, and know how to keep things smooth, organised, and friendly. 

Shifts are a mix of weekdays and weekends (around 3–4 per week), with early 6:00am starts, so being able to get to South Freo bright and early is key.
