Barista

Aroma Cafe Kewdale is a vibrant café located in the Kewdale Central commercial building on Kewdale Rd. It is a popular, long running family business, known for specialty coffee and fresh, wholesome food made in house.

We’re seeking an experienced barista who is passionate about quality coffee and thrives in a fast paced environment. This is a casual role with full time hours available.

Early starts and finishes, no night times or weekends.

About the role:

• Lead coffee quality control on our La Marzocco PB ABR
• Prepare exceptional espresso and specialty beverage recipes
• Provide warm, welcoming service to all customers
• Support a busy café team with reliability and enthusiasm

What we’re looking for:

• Proven barista experience with strong knowledge of specialty coffee
• Confidence in fast-paced service environments
• Good latte art skills (preferred)
• A genuine passion for coffee, people, and great hospitality
