Barista

WE’RE HIRING A EXPERIENCED BARISTA 

We’re looking for a friendly, focussed, experienced barista to join our passionate team at 115 Groundhouse - Atwell!

If you love a fast-paced café environment, have great energy, and take pride in your work — we want you.

 Roles Available:

• Café All-Rounders

• Baristas (experience required)

 Shift Availability:

Shifts: (1 weekend day availability required)

Monday – Sunday | 6:15AM – 3:15PM

4-5 shifts per week for the right person with the option for full time work available in the future.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous café / hospitality experience (essential)

• Barista experience - fast paced 10-12kg daily

• Confident, fast, and able to work under pressure

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude & team player

• Well presented with strong customer service skills - we love our customers!
