Experienced Barista– Third Wheel Café

Location: Fremantle & South Fremantle

Position: Casual (25 to 35 hours for the right candidate)

Start: Immediate

Third Wheel Café is looking for a confident, experienced barista to join our team across two busy locations in Fremantle and South Fremantle.

We’re a fast-paced, community-driven café focused on quality coffee, consistency and great service.

We need someone who can work independently and handle pressure during peak service.

 About You:

Minimum 2 years barista experience

Able to work independently

Confident dialing in grinders & adjusting during service

Strong latte art skills

Comfortable in high-volume environment

Fast, organised & clean

Great customer service skills

Available weekends

Reliable transport (must be able to work across both sites)

 Role Includes:

Running the coffee machine solo when required

Maintaining quality & consistency

Supporting FOH when needed

Keeping workstation clean & efficient

Contributing to a positive team culture
