Are you someone who naturally steps up, takes ownership, and keeps things running smoothly?

We’re looking for a reliable, confident team member to help take the reins during daytime and closing shifts in our busy, well-established bakery.

About the Role

• Approx. 16 hours per week (with potential for more)
• Shifts typically starting from around 10:00am through to close
• Overseeing the day-to-day flow of the bakery during your shift
• Supporting and guiding junior team members
• Serving customers and maintaining our high service standards
• Ensuring the shop is well-stocked, clean, and properly closed down

About You

• You’re reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
• You have strong customer service skills and a friendly manner
• You’re confident working independently and making decisions
• You take pride in leaving things clean, set, and ready for the next day
• Previous retail, bakery, or food experience is highly regarded
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
