Coffee Roaster / Roaster’s Assistant

Full time / casual available.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented coffee professional to join our roasting team.

The role includes:

• Assisting with daily production roasting
• Green prep, batch weighing & dispatch
• Sample roasting & cupping
• Roast logging & quality control
• General roastery operations

Experience roasting is ideal but not essential. You must be organised, reliable, physically capable (20–30kg lifting), and serious about consistency and quality.

We roast on a Loring S15 with a strong focus on data and clean, repeatable profiles and work with like minded coffee importers such Melabourne Coffee Merchant.

There’s genuine opportunity to grow into a lead roasting role.

We are based in Subiaco ; Community Coffee Co.

LOOT is open Monday - Friday.
