Assistant Manager – Lily Paris Pâtisserie (Mandurah Centre)

Lily Paris Pâtisserie is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in a busy, fast-paced café environment located in Mandurah Centre.

We are proud to offer high-quality, homemade food, prepared using traditional recipes, and delivered with a strong focus on genuine, old-fashioned customer service. Our café has a loyal and strong regular customer base, while also welcoming a high level of tourist traffic, creating a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Our patisserie is built on a strong sense of team spirit, support, and a warm, friendly atmosphere, and we are looking for someone who thrives in this kind of setting and leads by example.

This is a full-time position for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow within the business and take on increased responsibility as part of the leadership team.

About the Role

Support the daily operations of a busy café and patisserie

Lead and motivate the team during service

Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and food quality

Be hands-on and willing to step into any role as required

Assist with rostering, training, and team development

Ensure smooth and efficient service flow in a fast-paced environment

About You

Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure

A hands-on leader who is not afraid to get involved in all aspects of the business

Leads by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

A team-focused individual who supports and encourages others

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of European and especially French cuisine and patisserie

Experience in a café or restaurant with a strong service focus

Remuneration
