About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our energetic, supportive kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in commercial cookery while working in a high volume, professional kitchen.

You’ll receive hands on training across all sections, work alongside experienced chefs, and complete your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery in a real world hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
  • Working across multiple kitchen sections during service
  • Completing kitchen hand duties when required
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
  • Learning proper knife skills, cooking techniques, and kitchen workflows
