Isaac’s Coffee Shop is a small, specialty‑focused takeaway café in Rockingham. We’re looking for an experienced Specialty Barista & Opener who can confidently run the morning shift, dial in the coffee program, and set the pace for the day.

If you love early starts, thrive in a fast-morning rush, and care deeply about quality and consistency, you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for opening the shop and running the morning operations, including:

• Dialling in espresso and calibrating grinders
• Preparing filter coffee recipes
• Hot food preparation
• Receiving and checking milk and bakery deliveries
• Maintaining consistent espresso quality
• Serving customers with warmth, speed and confidence
• Keeping the bar and workspace clean and organised
• Supporting a smooth handover to the mid‑morning team
