The Role

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our talented Head Chef, bringing energy, creativity, and leadership to a fast-paced and fun kitchen environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Inspire and lead a passionate kitchen team
  • Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
  • Contribute to menu creation and innovation
  • Step up when the Head Chef’s away
  • Keep food safety and compliance in check
  • Help smash targets and drive team success

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A calm, cool, and collected head in a busy kitchen
  • A love for learning and developing your skills
  • Flexibility with shifts
