Hi all! We have a small cafe in Shenton Park called Holmes Coffee and are looking for a sandwich maker/kitchen hand to join the team. Unfortunately our current chef has to move back to Argentina for a little while.

The role as it stands is super cruisy. We have a small food menu of a couple of sandwiches and a house-made granola but will definitely look to grow in the future.

We are looking for a fun, charismatic, and confident hospo person to join that can run the food operations, prep, and service side. You'll have the chance to put your mark on the direction of the menu as we grow.

Ideally you will have had experience in stock management, food safety practices, agency, and punctuality.

We pay award rates and the level will be dependent on experience.

The team consists of a number of young hospo legends who value efficiency, hospitality, and an enjoyable work environment.

There will definitely be opportunities to get out into the front of house with the team and round out your skills as an all-rounder.
