PT Supervisor

WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a Part-Time Supervisor to join our team at Somewhere in the Park.

We’re after someone who’s confident on the floor, can help lead the team during busy service, and is happy to be hands-on with the day-to-day running of the venue.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A current Approved Manager (AM) card
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous hospitality supervisory experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Weekend and evening availability
• Good coffee-making skills would definitely be an advantage!
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm when it gets busy

We’re offering a part-time position with regular hours, with extra shifts available depending on the week.

There’s also the potential for the role to become full-time for the right person, based on performance, reliability and how well you fit in with the team.

We’re a busy but friendly venue, and we’d love to find someone who wants to grow with us and be a genuine part of the team.
