Main Barista – Rare Full-Time Hours (Casual Position)

We’re looking for an experienced Main Barista to join our team, as a long-term team member will be returning to their home country.

This has opened up a rare opportunity for the right person to step into a key role with near full-time hours on a casual basis.

 Role details

• Position: Main Barista (Casual)

• Hours: Approximately 30–38 hours per week

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Time: Between 6:15am – 3:00pm

• Location: Cafe Atti and 3 Quarters Topped Up

 Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar main barista or senior barista role

• Confident running the coffee section independently

• Positive, bubbly, and a strong communicator

• Comfortable working closely with a tight-knit team

• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in their work

This is an important role within our café, ideal for someone looking to settle into stable weekday hours and grow with a supportive team.
