About the Role

• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment
• Day shifts only with early starts from 6am 
• Casual and part-time positions available

As a Kitchen Hand, you will:

• Prepare Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, and catering platters.
• Assist in setting up the kitchen for the lunchtime rush.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure food safety.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Adhere to recipes and instructions with attention to detail.

About You
  
We look for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Can prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Has previous experience in a café, kitchen, food service, or catering role (preferred but not essential).
• Is flexible to work during shopping centre hours, including weekends.
• Has physical fitness for tasks that may involve standing, lifting, and moving quickly.
• Has a valid license and access to a car
