About Wildflower

Discover Wildflower, a culinary gem found atop the COMO The Treasury in Perth. Featuring a contemporary à la carte and degustation menu, the creation of these dishes are influenced by the six seasons of the indigenous Noongar calendar.

Wildflower Restaurant, a 3-hatted, award winning restaurant at the top of Perth’s State Buildings, has a rare opening for an Experienced, Passionate and Creative Head Chef to lead our Kitchen operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery along with 2 years’ experience in a Head Chef role and experience in fine dining. You will have a strong awareness and understanding of produce, a variety of culinary techniques and day to day management of a busy, fast paced kitchen including assisting in menu planning, purchasing, stock control, education and supervision of staff. Experience in a fine dining Kitchen is essential.

The role will require an exceptional level of grooming and personal presentation, attention to detail and ability to demonstrate impeccable communication skills. Well developed leadership skills are essential, as is a passion for mentoring your team.
