About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef who will lead our kitchen team with confidence and deliver outstanding food.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspire and lead a passionate kitchen team
• Creative input into menu development and kitchen direction
• Ability to train staff and maintain consistency across all kitchen aspects is a must
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
• Keep food safety and compliance in check to the company’s required standards
• Help smash targets and drive team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A calm, cool, and collected head in a busy kitchen
• A love for learning and developing your skills
• Flexibility with shifts
