Head Barista – CBD Café (Immediate Start)

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our busy CBD café immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely loves coffee and takes pride in their craft.

About the role:

• Immediate start

• Approximately 35 hours per week

• Monday to Friday only – no nights, no weekends

• Above award pay, based on experience

• CBD location

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine love and passion for coffee (you must actually drink and enjoy coffee)

• Proven experience in the coffee industry

• Strong ability to dial in grinders, adjust recipes, and maintain consistency

• Experience with setting up and calibrating espresso machines

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality

• Good English speaking skills

• Valid visa with more than 6 months remaining
