Rosso Espresso is growing, and we’re looking for our next coffee professional to join the team.

We have opportunities for an experienced Head Barista, as well as Baristas looking for flexible hours.

We’re a busy, fast-paced café with a great team environment, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their coffee, enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a strong team.

HEAD BARISTA

* Full-time salaried position

* Monday to Friday — no weekend work

* $65,000–$75,000 salary, depending on experience

* Immediate start

* Opportunity to lead and develop our coffee service

BARISTA — FLEXIBLE HOURS

* Flexible hours available

* Competitive hourly rates

* Monday to Friday

* Immediate start

* Opportunity for ongoing work for the right person

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Minimum 2 years’ barista experience

* Strong coffee and milk texturing skills

* Confident working on a busy coffee station

* Excellent customer service and communication

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* POS experience

* Comfortable assisting with front-of-house duties

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Reliable, friendly and a great team player
