Head Barista & Bar

As a popular beach side venue, Hamptons City Beach, we are actively seeking experienced, motivated and passionate hospitality professionals to join an establishment which invests in its people and prides itself on delivering memorable customer experiences.

We are looking to add to our existing front of house team with two positions currently available; our Barista's show off their art & passion for coffee and also their mixology skills.

Candidates must demonstrate intermediate level mixology experience to complement their coffee expertise.

• Head Barista - Full Time (Wednesday to Sunday 6.30am to 2pm)
• Casual Barista - 20-25 hours per week (weekdays and weekend morning)

We are looking for like minded passionate hospitality professionals who;

• are experienced in high volume venues
• Head Barista - minimum three years experience in similar position
• Head Barista applicants must have senior barista experience specifically
• multi- tasking- managing coffee service will keeping coffee consistent
• being able to work independently and also with a team during busy service periods
• have strong interpersonal skills and initiative
• have a customer first attitude with high service levels a priority
• have a fantastic attitude and passion to learn new skills
• have a current RSA certificate
• are at least 18 years of age
• are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
