Head Barista

HEAD BARISTA ROLE 

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our busy CBD café immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely loves coffee and takes pride in their craft.

About the role:

* Immediate start

* Approximately 35 hours per week

* Monday to Friday only – no nights, no weekends

* Above award pay, based on experience

* CBD location

What we’re looking for:

* A genuine love and passion for coffee (you must actually drink and enjoy coffee)

* Proven experience in the coffee industry

* Strong ability to dial in grinders, adjust recipes, and maintain consistency

* Experience with setting up and calibrating espresso machines

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality

* experience with square till system required 

* Good English speaking skills

* Valid visa with more than 6 months remaining
