We're looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to help support our Operations Manager at our Bicton location.

This is an autonomous role where you are expected to consistently set & enforce a high standard of customer care. To excel in the role you will need to have a passion for coffee, customer service and growing a community.

The position is available full time or near full time. A fixed roster is on offer, with a minimum of one weekend shift per week required. There is some flexibility in terms of days on offer however we have a preference for a candidate available to work Sunday - Thursday.
