Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing and cooking café-style meals

* Managing kitchen operations during service

* Ensuring food quality and presentation

* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

* Assisting with stock control and prep

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure

* Knowledge of food safety standards

* Reliable and team-oriented
