Front of House Barista

The Coffee Club Byford is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Barista to join our team, with the potential to progress into a Shift Supervisor role for the right candidate.

About the role:

 • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages

 • Providing friendly, efficient customer service

 • Taking orders, handling POS, and maintaining a clean front of house

 • Supporting the team during busy service periods

 • Opportunity to step into a shift supervisory role over time

What we’re looking for:

 • Barista experience preferred (ability to make consistent, quality coffee)

 • Strong communication and customer service skills

 • Reliable, motivated, and a team player

 • Availability on weekdays plus at least one weekend day
