Role – Full-time Assistant Manager (Front of House)

What you’ll do
· Help manage daily operations (opening/closing, scheduling, inventory)
· Train and lead front-of-house staff (baristas, servers)
· Ensure great customer experience and handle feedback
· Maintain quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
· Support promotions and delivery platforms
· Assist with sales reports and daily data
What you need
· 2+ years FOH management experience (café/restaurant/hotel)
· Service-first attitude, able to work weekends & holidays
· Basic computer & POS system skills
· Good communication and teamwork
· Interest in coffee and food culture
