Fremantle Front of House Evening Shift – Part Time Position

Alchemy Saunas is seeking a confident and caring Front of House team member for our Fremantle venue, with a focus on evening solo shifts daily.

This role is perfect for someone who is warm and personable, but also steady under pressure and capable of calmly navigating solo operations.

• Maturity and sound judgment when handling conflict or enforcing boundaries

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and ensure they feel supported throughout their visit
• Manage bookings, handle enquiries, and ensure smooth end-to-end experiences
• Keep the venue clean, stocked, and ambient during evening hours
• Monitor the space and uphold a safe, respectful environment
• Represent Alchemy Saunas in a calm and professional way
• Work independently while being supported by a broader team

This role is best suited to someone who is steady under pressure, confident setting boundaries, and comfortable working independently at night.

You’ll be supported with appropriate training and backup systems, and we’re always open to feedback to help make your solo shift experience as positive as possible.
