About Us

G’day Group is Australia’s leading regional tourism group, operating some of the country’s most iconic destinations. We’re now recruiting Food & Beverage Attendants to join our teams at El Questro and Lake Argyle, two standout locations in the East Kimberley.

These are true remote hospitality roles — perfect for people who love teamwork, guest interaction, and the adventure that comes with living and working somewhere unforgettable.

What’s In It For You

  • Award-based pay + penalties
  • Live and work in the heart of the Kimberley
  • Save money while living onsite
  • Strong team culture and social environment
  • Staff discounts across Discovery Parks & Resorts
  • Opportunities to return season after season or progress within the business

The Locations

El Questro is one of Australia’s most extraordinary destinations, spanning over 700,000 acres of rugged Kimberley landscape. With multiple venues across the Station, Homestead and Emma Gorge, the F&B offering ranges from casual service to elevated dining.

Lake Argyle offers a more relaxed pace, stunning lake views, and a close-knit team environment. Think sunsets after shifts, great team culture, and a hospitality operation that values consistency and guest connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing warm, efficient service to guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders and delivering service confidently
  • Operating POS systems and handling cash responsibly

About You

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, not essential)
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • RSA (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
