About the role

Mello House seeks for someone experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable floor staff to join their team. They will be an industry professional with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to deliver seamless food and beverage service
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer-focused service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (primarily mornings)
• Current RSA and Food Safety certification required
• Knowledge of coffee, with a basic understanding of bar service and wines
• Previous experience as a floor waiter in a restaurant setting
