Our busy cafe in Morley is looking for a customer focused Front of House Manager to assist the director in the day to day running of the cafe!
Your role will include:
- Managing and leading the team, delegating tasks and ensuring everyone and everything is completed to the highest standard
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through food, drink, service and overall vibe
- Stock checking and ordering
- Assisting with social media (photos/videos etc)
- Work in partnership with the Kitchen leader and director
- Having a positive attitude and outlook, leading your team and leading by example
Essential:
- High energy, fast mover and upbeat and positive attitude
- Proactive, enthusiastic and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Available Thursday to Monday 6.15am - 2.30pm
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- At least 3 years barista experience (desired)
- Latte art (desired)
The cafe is open Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.00pm, Saturdays 7am to 2pm and Sundays 8am to 1pm. We occasionally host private functions and workshops which will present opportunities to do something a little different from the day to day running of the shop
We love what we do and we have huge goals for our cafe, we are looking for the right person to be on that journey with us! This is a long term position and a part time contract will be offered to the right applicant (35 hours per week)
