FOH / BOH / Barista / All Rounder.

WE’RE HIRING – The Perfect Peach Cafe, Obsorne Park (Monday- Friday only)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our café team!

 About the Role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and is happy to be involved in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties/ Barista all rounder.

Your responsibilities will include:

*  Preparing and serving coffee

*  Providing friendly and excellent customer service

* Taking orders and handling the café front of house

*  Preparing cabinet food such as toasties, sandwiches and other simple food items

*  Helping the kitchen/BOH team when required

*  General café cleaning and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

* Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

 What We’re Looking For

Barista experience is essential, however we are happy to train the right person who has a good attitude and is willing to learn

* Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred

* Good knowledge of coffee and food

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Friendly, positive and approachable personality

* Reliable, punctual and hardworking

* Comfortable working across both FOH and BOH.

* Willing to help the kitchen team when needed

* Ability to work well in a busy café environment

 Hours

**15–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right person.
