Bark Subiaco is hiring!

We’re on the hunt for a Full-Time Barista and a Bartender/Barista All-Rounder to join our little Bark crew.

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience, who can make a cracking coffee, pour a good drink, jump into service, have a laugh with the locals, and help keep the good vibes rolling.

You’ll need to be available Monday to Saturday, around 25 hours a week, and have your RSA or be happy to get one. We’re looking for someone who’s keen to stick around long-term, not just pick up a few shifts and disappear into the sunset.

Bark is warm, relaxed, a little bit cheeky, and full of familiar faces. It’s the kind of place where customers become regulars, regulars become mates, and everyone gets looked after like they’ve walked into their favourite local.

We’re after someone who’s friendly, switched on, easy-going, and happy to get stuck in. No ego, no drama, no “that’s not my job” energy, just good people, good service, and the kind of team that actually enjoys working together.
