Position: Experienced Barista / Team Member
Location: DoubleDouble, 4/18 Thurso Road, Myaree, WA 6154
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours p/w - 4 hours per shift.
Rate: Industry Award Rate (casual) + Staff Benefits
Start Date: Immediately

Role Overview:
We are seeking one or more experienced barista(s) to join our team. This role goes beyond making coffee; it includes packing online orders, assisting customers with retail sales, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Hours are 6:30am to 10:30am, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for one or more baristas to help cover these weekday morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to the highest standards.
• Pack and fulfill coffee and online orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers with retail sales, providing genuine customer service.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Barista
• Excellent customer service skills; personable and naturally engaging with customers.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical tasks associated with packing and retail duties.
