About the Role

• Salary: $64,000 - $68,000 (based on experience)
• Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Location: Rouse Road, Gilberts, Mandurah
• Trading Hours: Typically 6:15 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week

As a Duty Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service
• Manage day-to-day cafe operations
• Meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency
• Assist in staff training and coordination

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality or retail leadership experience
• Thrives in busy, fast-moving environments
• Brings a positive, customer-first attitude
• Demonstrate strong communication
