Longview is on the lookout for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Cottesloe.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and understands what great service looks like from the floor up.

What we’re looking for:

– Proven experience as a Duty Manager (or strong supervisor ready to step up)

– Confident leading service and managing a team

– Strong knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality standards

– Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistently high service

– Full working rights in Australia (essential)
