Duty Manager

DUTY MANAGER W/ Bar & Barista Experience - PART/FULL TIME AVAILABLE 

[Wood and Stone Cafe + Bar] Mandurah are seeking a Part or Full Time Duty Manager with Bar & Barista experience for our fast paced café/restaurant on the Mandurah Foreshore. 

THE VENUE

We are an award winning café/restaurant right on the waterfront foreshore precinct. We have an amazing team and we pride ourselves on authentic friendly customer service, local & fresh great quality food, an extensive drinks range with craft beers, cocktails, specialty coffee, smoothies & shakes, wines and spirits. Our venue is funky, relaxing, grungy, comfortable and fun! 

THE ROLE

We are looking for a fun and friendly new team member to help with Duty Manager Shifts as well as Barista & Bar Work! Experience making cocktails in a fast paced environment is very desirable. Barista experienced is also needed as you will be making specialty coffee too and can work some day shifts behind the coffee machine as well! 

 Part or Full Time both available (Approx 30 - 40 hrs per week). 

 Mix of day/night shifts (must be available to work weekends).

 Must have previous experience in a similar venue/setting.

 Barista experience is a must.

 Cocktail experience is desirable.

 Good Knowledge of WA Craft Beers, Cider & Wines very favourable!

 Pay Rate - Salary to be discussed (Based on Restaurant Industry Award Level 3 or higher).
