In this role, you’ll help deliver joyful guest experiences through your attention to detail and commitment to quality. You will:

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Support Senior Chefs with daily food preparation and service
  • Ensure all dishes meet high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Prepare and plate a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to specification
  • Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent)

Job Description

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a team and brings a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll bring:

  • A working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Previous experience in a similar pastry role
  • Confidence working in high-volume environments such as buffets, events, plated desserts, and retail
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Qualifications

Certificate 3 in Patisserie

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll be able to: Work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
This role requires: Certificate 3 in Patisserie
