The role

Crown offers elevated experiences across a range of venues - from casual to premium. Gladstones Wine Bar is our newest exclusive destination, designed for guests who appreciate exceptional wine and refined service.

We’re seeking presentable, engaging, and knowledgeable Bar Attendants and Waitstaff to join the opening team at Gladstones. You’ll be part of a passionate crew delivering exceptional service in a sophisticated setting, where exceptional wine takes center stage and every guest interaction is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
• Provide expert guidance on wine selections and pairings
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Support smooth daily operations across the bar and floor
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or equivalent highly regarded)
• Experience in premium hospitality or wine-focused venues
• A polished, professional and confident communication style
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday–Sunday)

• Venue opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday (Evenings)
• Casual and Part-Time positions available
• Commencement date - 8th December 2025
