Coffee Shop Manager

MOLO COFFEE IS HIRING

We’re looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our small team at Molo.

It’s a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who loves good coffee, good food and working with people. You’ll be on the coffee machine, helping with food, looking after customers and keeping things running smoothly day to day.

The details:

-Monday–Friday Only

-No Public Holidays

-2 week Christmas/New Years Closure

-6:30am–2:30pm

-Full-time or Casual, 38 hours

-No weekends

-Small, friendly team (2-3 Staff Per Day)

-Based in West Perth

-Award rate based on experience or full time salary options available

What we’re looking for:

-Strong barista experience is essential

-Food handling experience is essential

-Previous café/hospitality experience

-Someone confident leading a small team

-Organised, reliable and able to keep things moving when it gets busy

-Someone who takes pride in their coffee, food and customer service

-You’ll have plenty of responsibility and be an important part of the day-to-day running of the shop, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and help keep things running smoothly.
