The Role

You’ll be responsible for installation, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of commercial espresso machines, grinders, and water filtration systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Servicing commercial espresso machines and grinders onsite
• Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults
• Installing new equipment in cafés and venues
• Preventative maintenance scheduling and execution
• Supporting café teams with operational advice where needed
• Working closely with our technical team to maintain service standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re ideally seeking someone with previous experience in commercial coffee equipment servicing, but strong mechanical/electrical technicians from adjacent industries are encouraged to apply.

Preferred experience:

• Commercial espresso machine servicing
• Grinder calibration and servicing
• Water filtration systems
• Field service environments
• Hospitality equipment support
