Casual Cook - including Overnights

As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests.  ​

We are looking for people that have flexible availabilities. Some shifts may include overnights, which are between 10pm-6am. This position would be 2-3 shifts per week.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment 
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience 
• Good understanding of food safety concerns 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
